Not loving the style? Send it back within 30 days, and we’ll issue a store credit (valid for 30 days) toward a new pillow.

• Return shipping costs to our facility are the customer’s responsibility.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, your store credit (minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost) will be issued.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pillows. If you experience a genuine defect in craftsmanship or materials, we will gladly repair or replace your pillow at no cost—as long as the original pillow is returned to us for inspection.

• Valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.
• Covers seam separation, stitching defects, and zipper malfunctions caused by manufacturing errors.

• Normal wear and tear, fabric pilling, or stains.
• Improper washing or care-related issues (please follow care instructions).
• Damage from pets, spills, mishandling, or excessive use.
• Fabric breakdown (please refer to the fabric manufacturer’s warranty for details).

All returns under warranty will be inspected upon receipt. If the damage is found to be intentional or due to misuse, the warranty will be void, and the item will not be eligible for replacement.

Great pillows should last a lifetime, but inserts lose their loft and support over time. Instead of replacing your entire pillow, our Fresh Fill Program allows you to swap out your old Centro Decor inserts for fresh, plush ones—whenever you need.

1. Send Back Your Old Insert – Ship your gently used Centro Decor insert back to us for responsible recycling.
2. Receive a Fresh, New Insert – Once we receive your old insert, we’ll send you a brand-new, premium insert.
3. Only Pay for Shipping – The insert is on us—you just cover the round-trip shipping for the exchange.

1. Inserts Must Be Clean – Returned inserts must be free of stains and odors to qualify for the Fresh Fill Program. Inserts that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. This program is exclusive to Centro Decor inserts—recycling and replenishing for a sustainable, cozy home!
3. This is an optional warranty—we require our customers to add a one-time payment of $25 for the Fresh Fill Program.
